Mail the item via the shipping service of your choice, or use the prepaid return label if one was provided to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning merchandise to Lake Lite Inc are the responsibility of the consumer. Original shipping costs are not reimbursed or refunded.
Prepaid packages only. No COD.
Packages must be returned prepaid. Lake Lite Inc will not accept any COD deliveries or shipments.
Defective Merchandise
Something wrong? We take care of it.
Lake Lite Inc will return, replace, or exchange any defective merchandise purchased through our website or any of our affiliated retail outlets. If the items are found to be faulty, a reimbursement or credit will be applied to your account, order, replacement, or upgrade, including shipping cost reimbursement.
Prepaid return label provided
Lake Lite Inc will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for defective merchandise. Items must be in the condition in which they were purchased.
Second-hand purchases are not covered
Lake Lite Inc will not reimburse or replace items purchased via second-hand outlets such as garage sales, yard sales, eBay, or other similar second-hand outlets.

Any item purchased through one of our affiliated retail outlets that you would like to exchange is at the discretion of the merchant where you purchased the goods. Please contact the retail outlet where purchased for further details on their policies.
Defective Merchandise (Retail)
Lake Lite Inc will return, replace, or exchange any defective merchandise purchased through one of our affiliated retail outlets. You may be required to provide proof of defective merchandise and/or mail the item for inspection. If the items are found to be defective, a reimbursement or credit will be applied to your account, order, replacement, or upgrade. Lake Lite Inc will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
