Solar Charge Status Indicator

Eliminate the guesswork of solar charging with the Solar Charge Status Indicator. This device provides immediate visual confirmation of system performance by illuminating an LED whenever the solar panel is actively charging the battery. The light activates automatically when current flows from the panel and deactivates at night when solar power is unavailable. It is compatible with both 12v and 24v charging systems up to a maximum charging power of 1A.

Please note that this unit functions solely as a status indicator and does not serve as a solar charge regulator. It is specifically engineered for use with smaller panels outputting less than 1A that generally do not risk overcharging marine deep cycle batteries. Users requiring overcharge protection and detailed battery level monitoring should consider an advanced Solar Charge Regulator. Ensure that 24v panels are used with 24v batteries and 12v panels with 12v batteries for proper operation.
