Had trouble installing regulator and product support was great to help me trouble shoot problem. Replaced old black/red wires and battery cable terminals--went well worked well. Have no complaints.

The Lake Lite product YouTube videos were fantastic. They allowed me to self diagnose the problem I was having and fix without calling someone.
