Ordered a few new battery boxes with status indicators as well as an extension cable for the lift pendant. Everything came packed nicely and quickly to my door. Install was a breeze— no issues. Going to look into some lights in the future.

We have only had the lights for a couple weeks but so far the lights are working very well and give off a lot of light. VG

The product was delivered complete and on time. Instructions were easy to understand so installation was a breeze. I installed in in the rain and left the next morning, which was overcast, but the charger was working! While installation was a breeze, a few longer zip ties could would have helped get around larger portion of my lift frame, but that is very easily remedied by doubling up on the ties provided or getting my own. Personally, I would be interested in a telescoping pole to raise or lower the solar panel depending on the type of lift and depth of the cover. My awning on my Floe System is pretty long, which necessitated a lower installation on the frame, so the solar panel barely reaches the top of my lift. Otherwise, 99.9% satisfied!

The Lake Lite team was outstanding. One phone call, no waiting, no voice responses to route me through a menu system. A real person plus access to the engineer who designed the product I purchased. Awesome! Trouble shooting was effortless and the product did what it is intended to do, the warning lights are just hard to interpret with bifocals. All is as it should be, the reversed polarity warning was erroneous. Plus, I got a second battery charge controller for a smaller solar panel AND new wiring because my retailer (not Lake Lite) sold me Lake Lite inventory from last year (prior to the design change). Rock star behavior! I paid for the new product but the wiring was basically free (as it should be) after applying a promotional code. The service call with the tech support team — who picked up on the first ring — also turned into an easy one-click email to purchase and ship the products which occurred that same morning. Does the product work? Yes. The service was so fantastic it overshadows the fact that the product also was designed intelligently to help protect my new deep cycle AGM battery and was working WHILE ON THE CALL WITH TECH SUPPORT. Great people, great products, awesome experience.

I have these on my dock and now around my house. They work great and put out just the right amount of light. Not blinding but enough to illuminate the area. I would definitely buy them again.
