The battery tray was bent in a good box. Whoever put it in the box should have caught the damage.

My order arrived very promptly, but when I went to assemble the pieces I found that the spacer bracket piece was too long to properly bolt between the arm hooks. I had to cut down either side of bracket in order to assemble all the pieces of the tray. ...

I apologize it seems you may have received the incorrect spacer. We are terribly sorry for the troubles it appears you received the dual-tray spacer instead of the single tray spacer. Please contact sales for a replacment.

Perfect for getting battery up and out of the rain, always a problem, rain filing up the battery box through the vent holes.

Very well built. Fits the lift perfectly. Used to have the battery on the pier and was a trip hazard. Now you don't even know it's there.
