I purchased this in 2016. Placed on top of a pilling in the water next to my boat. I'm on a main lagoon, bay front. This green light stays lit from sunset to sunrise. Just replaced the battery 2024. Saltwater location has not effected this light.

This light works well although the switch for alternating from a steady light to a flashing light feels fragile and works in the opposite direction from the switch for the green light.

OK, yes these are freaking expensive, but the quality is worth the price! My first purchase survived being outdoors in a hurricane! I've had it for 6 years and just now had to replace the battery. I bought more!
