Just contacted Heather at Lake Lite about a product that I bought many years ago. Item was way out of warranty but I wanted to see if they could help with why it wasn't working. Heather asked me to return it to her so that she could do diagnostics. They couldn't fix it but offered a discount on a replacement. That to me is a company that stands behind their product. They were under no obligation to provide that discount and I was pleasantly surprised when they did. I doubt that any other company would have behaved so professionally and would have been as concerned with customer satisfaction. I will definitely buy Lake Lite when I expand my dock this spring.
