10" Aluminum Solar Cleat Light

A dual-purpose 10" anodized aluminum dock cleat with an integrated solar-powered LED safety light. The unit functions as a fully capable boat cleat for tying off lines by day, then automatically activates the white LED at dusk to illuminate the dock surface and edge throughout the night. Built from marine-grade aluminum and operated entirely by an integrated solar panel and dusk-to-dawn sensor.

Dual-Purpose Design

The 10" Aluminum Solar Cleat Light is a fully functional dock cleat for tying off vessels and securing lines, while also serving as an integrated nighttime safety light. Two essential pieces of dock hardware are combined into a single mounting footprint, eliminating the need for separate lights and saving space, fasteners, and installation time.

Dusk-to-Dawn Automation

A built-in light sensor handles activation and shutoff automatically. As soon as ambient light drops below the threshold at dusk, the LED turns on. At dawn, the unit shuts off and resumes charging from the integrated solar panel. The cleat operates fully autonomously after installation with no switches, timers, or manual intervention required on a daily basis.

Two Brightness Settings

A manual switch selects between maximum brightness mode and extended runtime mode. Maximum brightness delivers full LED output for tasks that require strong illumination, while extended runtime mode provides a softer, more efficient glow that stretches battery life across longer evenings. Either setting delivers between 16 and 20 hours of light on a single full charge.

Built for the Water

Anodized marine-grade aluminum construction resists saltwater corrosion and UV degradation through years of continuous outdoor exposure. Waterproof electronics and a sealed protective housing keep rain, spray, and direct splash out of the LED, sensor, and battery compartment. When the included battery eventually reaches end of life, it can be replaced by the user without specialized tools.

Easy Installation

The cleat mounts with standard hardware and fits any traditional wood or composite dock surface. It is also compatible with floating dock systems including EZ Dock and Wave Armor. No electrical work, permits, or specialized tools are required. The entire installation can be completed in minutes with a basic screwdriver or socket wrench.
