All parts are well made and very easy to install. The long cable was nice because it gave me options for mounting positions. Seems like this will last a long time and save me lots of effort!

Good service, quick response to my questions. Only issue is they only had 3' arm not 4' arm - joined the long list of material shortages in US! Only reason for 4 star. This is my second order for this item and the first is working well.

Very pleased with the product. Easy to install and fired up without a hitch. Looks nice on the lift. Would highly recommend. Heather was very nice to work with me for a quick pick-up as I was going to be near Laotto.

Installed the unit yesterday without any issues. Easier than anticipated. Works very well to get my boat out from high waves at our lake. This is gen 2 so no cover available unfortunate.

I love the product, but the printed instructions are incomplete and confusing. My confusion was quickly remedied by a quick phone call to a friendly tech rep. The website video was for a different model and not very helpful.
